Requirements: All faculty must have a DMD/DDS from a CODA accredited school, a foreign equivalent may be considered, and must have or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania in addition to the below requirements. Applicants with experience in accreditation will be preferred.

Opportunities are available to provide care for patients with head and neck cancer, TMJ surgery, and orthographic surgery.
Academic culture: Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry has a horizontal open organizational structure where chairs, deans, and the Dean are accessible to faculty, staff, and students at any time to hear their input and address their aspirations. Additionally, the school offers several educational mini certificates offered by the Center for Academic Teaching.
Salary and compensation: Salaries are competitive with dental academic salaries in the Northeast. Faculty members have 20 days of paid vacation, and 3 days of personal time per year, a generous 403B contribution, Family Medical Leave, and Long-term disability benefits. Medical and dental insurance are offered at discounted premiums compared with market cost. Faculty members who practice receive at least one third of the net revenues.
